Meet our GC

Rob Helgeson is a licensed general contractor in North and South Carolina. He is a veteran of the Army National Guard, originally from Michigan and moved to the Carolinas in 2011. His experience started as a preteen helping his grandfather on the construction site, building homes throughout high school in a trades program, to working in HVAC among other trades, and worked as a customer relations warranty manager and project manager at Top 10 building companies to ensure quality product. Rob branched out to start his own company and has been in business since 2020.  He has built and remodeled homes all over greater Charlotte area making him familiar with dealing with different county requirements and inspections for NC and SC.  Rob specializes not only kitchen and bath design and remodeling, but also common spaces, outdoor spaces, and can meet your fencing and concrete needs. He has worked with 100s of subcontractors across the greater Charlotte area, and has hand selected the best tradesmen for the job.
